 Professional height design: The height of the 10-inch high cake box is specially optimized according to the standard of multi-layer cakes, providing an optional height range from 6 inches to 12 inches (about 15-30 cm), which perfectly accommodates 3-5 layers of standard cake bodies and ensures that there is enough space for decoration on the highest layer.

 Excellent load-bearing performance: The 10-inch high cake box adopts a bottom reinforcement structure and a side wall vertical reinforcement rib design to ensure that the weight of the multi-layer cake is evenly supported. It has been tested to withstand a vertical pressure of more than 8 kg without deformation.

 All-round visual experience: The high-transparency PET material provides a light transmittance of more than 92%, and with the heightened design, it can achieve a 360-degree display without dead angles, allowing consumers to appreciate the three-dimensional shape and exquisite details of the cake from all angles.

I. Delivery

Order and Production: Production begins after confirming custom requirements (such as window size and buckle strength) and receiving prepayment. Standard turnaround time is 6-10 business days, and up to 14 business days for custom designs including 3D printing or thickened designs. Turnaround time is subject to order confirmation.

Quality Inspection and Delivery: After production, we will inspect height deviation, load-bearing capacity, and seals for leak-proofness. Products that meet these requirements will be shipped within 3 business days. 12 hours prior to shipment, we will email you the shipment quantity, tracking number, and customs clearance documents (commercial invoice, quality inspection report, etc.).

Inspection: Goods will be inspected within 4 business days of arrival. If there are any discrepancies or damage, please provide photos from multiple angles. We will provide a restock or refund within 3 business days.

II. Shipping

Transportation Methods: Ocean, Air, and International Express.

Protection and Tracking: Each box is enclosed in a moisture-proof PE bag and sealed in a reinforced seven-layer carton. We provide real-time updates on the shipping status after delivery, and we assist with claims processing within 24 hours in the event of shipping damage.

III. Serving

Applications: Suitable for birthday cakes, mousse cakes, and multi-layer cream cakes. The 10-inch height accommodates 3-5 layers of cakes. Customizable built-in card slots prevent sway, and vents can be added for temperature control.
