I. Delivery
Order and Production: Production begins after confirming custom requirements and prepayment. Standard lead time is 4-8 business days; custom options may take up to 12 days. Final lead time will be confirmed.
Quality Inspection and Delivery: After production, drop resistance (1.2-meter drop) and material thickness (tolerance ±0.07mm) tests are performed. Products passing the tests are shipped within 2 business days, with tracking info and customs documents emailed 24 hours before shipment.
Inspection: Goods are inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Any issues require a video report, and a solution will be provided within 2 business days.

II. Shipping
Transportation Method: Large orders (≥5,000 pieces) are shipped by sea (18-32 days to Europe/US), medium orders (1,500-5,000 pieces) by air (3-6 days), and small orders (≤200 pieces) by express (TNT/UPS, 4-5 days).
Safeguarding and Tracking: Each box is packed in a dust-proof PE bag, and 150 pieces are placed in cushioned corrugated boxes with seven-layer reinforcement. Real-time logistics tracking is provided, and any customs delays will be communicated within 12 hours.

III. Serving
Applications: Suitable for shipping baked goods like bread, tarts, and macarons. Customizable divider structures (1-4 layers) and breathable valves for moisture control. Available sizes: 6-12 inches.
Advantages and Notes: Food-grade PET (CE-compliant), temperature resistant (-20°C to 55°C), crush-resistant design, customizable printing, recyclable. Not suitable for high-temperature sterilization.
